Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Royal Delux does not issue refunds.

We do, however, offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Limited Edition and Drop items are final sale and may only be eligible for exchange or store credit if approved and inventory allows.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
